Configure and install BankWorld/Sparrow, translate functional requirements into technical deliverables, conduct SIT/UAT, support EFT switch certification, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, produce documentation, and mentor junior consultants to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.

The Senior Web-Mobile App Developer will design, implement, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, participate in agile practices, and support global banking solutions.

Design, build and validate high-value AI proofs of concept and prototypes, focusing on practical business value, production-readiness and responsible AI. Collaborate with product, engineering, governance and stakeholders to run RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and model evaluation, then recommend pilots or productionisation while ensuring security, observability, integration and operational feasibility.
