Develop and maintain production schedules, forecast raw material needs, analyze SAP MRP data, and coordinate with engineering, purchasing, operations, suppliers, and carriers. The role manages inventory availability, production work orders, backlogs, priorities, documentation, and schedule changes across multiple plants while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining accurate planning data.

Supports product and process development through laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, prototype fabrication, numerical simulations, testing, data collection, analysis, and technical reporting. Collaborates with engineers and designers to define experiment parameters, evaluate results, troubleshoot setups, and assess technologies in pilot facilities and customer plants. The role requires engineering or applied science education, experience with modeling and data-analysis tools, 3D design capabilities, and knowledge of engineering fundamentals. Travel may reach 10% domestically or internationally.

Supports aftermarket parts sales across EMEA by engaging customers and agents, identifying needs, preparing quotations, processing orders in SAP/ERP systems, verifying machine configurations, coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints, and promoting maintenance, retrofit, and upgrade services. The role also maintains customer relationships, manages contract and intercompany orders, and participates in trade shows and strategic projects.
