The role also includes auditing cancellation reports and providing professional, persuasive customer service while reducing overdue balances.

Sell residential, commercial, and new-construction security and home automation solutions through inbound and outbound calls. Advise customers, identify needs, recommend packages, upsell and cross-sell services, maintain accurate sales documentation, manage opportunities in Salesforce and other CRM systems, and meet or exceed sales quotas while providing excellent customer care.

Leads enterprise-wide technology strategy and operations, including cybersecurity, software engineering, analytics, AI/ML, infrastructure, architecture, vendors, budgets, helpdesk, and business systems. Partners with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, modernize platforms, support acquisitions, improve scalability and resiliency, and drive customer and operational outcomes. Builds and develops the technology organization while overseeing governance, delivery, compliance, data management, and technology integrations.
