The Customer Support Advisor will provide exceptional service by resolving customer inquiries about security systems and products, utilizing various communication platforms.

Design, present, and sell commercial security and automation solutions to businesses. Generate leads, conduct prospecting, maintain customer relationships, schedule account appointments, merchandise product displays, and collaborate with sales leadership to achieve targets. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, training, benefits, and company-provided equipment.
