Serves as a strategic HR advisor to site and business leaders, supporting workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, labor relations, organizational change, and succession planning. Uses HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and improve organizational effectiveness. The role is based onsite in a manufacturing plant, requires English and Spanish fluency, and includes travel of up to 30%.

Maintains and grows customer accounts, develops new contractor and customer opportunities, drives sales of concrete construction products, and builds long-term relationships. The representative analyzes market needs, develops sales strategies, documents activity in CRM systems, prepares forecasts and updates, supports promotional initiatives, and represents the company at customer, construction, and industry events. The role requires regional travel, frequent evening and weekend activities, and occasional overnight travel.

Supports inside sales by growing existing accounts, generating new business, assisting walk-in customers, recommending landscape and masonry products, processing transactions, preparing inventory and shipping reports, and supporting material loading and showroom presentation. The role requires strong customer service, sales aptitude, communication, mathematical ability, and safe handling of materials and yard equipment in office and outdoor environments.
