Aderant experience and a law firm background are preferred but not required.

Design, develop, implement, support, and improve financial-system integrations, databases, reporting solutions, and automated processes. Lead technical financial systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation, focusing on Aderant Expert, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and T-SQL. Collaborate with Finance, IS, vendors, and business stakeholders; troubleshoot complex data issues, optimize database performance, document technical solutions, and support multiple concurrent initiatives.

Manages day-to-day operations for a legal AI and practice transformation program. Responsibilities include coordinating innovation projects, improving operational processes, managing legal AI platforms and vendors, supporting user onboarding and issue resolution, monitoring adoption and costs, maintaining governance records, and coordinating AI-related client responses. The role requires strong program management, operational judgment, stakeholder coordination, technology product support, and continuous process improvement.
