Lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational support for enterprise software and workflow automation. Manage a multidisciplinary team and vendor partners to deliver enterprise-scale applications, modernize platforms, drive CI/CD and cloud practices, and ensure lifecycle management, reliability, and business-aligned technical solutions.

Provides part-time administrative and office operations support, including mail and package handling, UPS shipments, matter setup in claims software, supply ordering, equipment troubleshooting, telephone coverage, postage management, and coordination with building management. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, proofreading, problem-solving, and technology skills.

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and client-facing events (socials, seminars, conferences, retreats, trade shows, speaking engagements). Manage site selection, vendor contracts, budgets, promotional products, on-site logistics, invoicing, post-event analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and design to produce event materials and strategies.
