Supervise a small records team and manage daily legal records operations, including indexing, filing, retrieval, offsite storage coordination, vendor management, invoice processing, and project work. Train staff and attorneys on records systems (IRM), lead process improvements, and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of files.

Provide operational and financial leadership to legal practices and ancillary businesses. Serve as Finance-business liaison, drive profitability, manage budgeting and P&L, implement matter management, support integrations, refine processes, partner with FP&A and Data Analysis, and perform ad hoc analyses for leadership.

Lead strategy, design, implementation, and operation of the firm's enterprise application portfolio. Manage a team of enterprise systems engineers, own 24x7 Tier 3 application support, lifecycle management, disaster recovery exercises, and drive performance, security, and user experience improvements while partnering with business stakeholders and vendors.
