Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls, risk management, governance, and organizational procedures; identify deficiencies and recommend improvements. The role works under the Internal Audit Director or Senior Internal Auditor and supports stronger operational performance through systematic analysis.

Analyzes financial data and develops business intelligence for strategic initiatives and corporate projects aimed at improving financial performance and optimizing services. Supports annual budgeting, certificate of need applications, market share analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc projects. Communicates financial insights to clinical leaders and applies knowledge of financial statements and healthcare reimbursement models. This is a fully on-campus position.

Manages group health plan accounts, including sales, renewals, servicing, product evaluations, and client relationships. Leads new product and vendor evaluation projects, supports employee hiring and training, and prepares marketing, training, and CMS compliance documentation. Ensures account operations comply with state and federal requirements while working with agents, vendors, prospects, and existing customers.
