Provide front-desk and administrative support for a behavioral health clinic: answer phones, check in patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, maintain records, manage mail/office supplies, assist with urinalysis, and uphold HIPAA and clinic procedures.

This internship offers Cowlitz Tribal members practical experience in economic development by participating in projects, shadowing staff, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Supervise accounts payable staff and operations, oversee disbursements and electronic payments, maintain vendor records, perform month-/year-end closings and 1099 processing, resolve invoice/payment issues, enforce internal controls, prepare reports, and support tribal enterprise payments and reconciliations.
