Provide high-quality customer support for Cowboy e-bikes by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, educating customers on product features, relaying customer feedback to product teams, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction across channels, including shifts and weekends.

Own and run paid acquisition across Meta and Google, manage CAC and payback, oversee creative testing, attribution and incrementality, expand channels, manage audiences, forecast ecommerce sales, analyze cohorts and funnels, coordinate campaigns and launches, and drive commercial partnerships and landing page improvements.

As a Mobile Sales Representative, you will conduct test rides of Cowboy electric bikes, engage potential customers, and drive sales across major European cities.

Own day-to-day accounting, month/quarter close, reconciliations, accruals, inventory and fixed asset bookkeeping, AR collections, cash management, support audits, ensure BE GAAP and tax compliance, and drive process automation and internal controls.

Lead end-to-end design, validation, and industrialization of e-bike electronic subsystems focused on connectivity and sensors. Tasks include schematic and PCB/antenna design, component selection, certifications (RED/CE/EMC), lab testing, supplier and EMS coordination, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, field trials, and integration with firmware and mechanical teams. Implement and validate powertrain systems including BLDC motors and BMS.
