Coordinate onboarding and travel for new CDL Class A drivers: complete pre-orientation paperwork, ensure FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance, upload documents to Tenstreet, arrange travel/lodging and DocuSign travel letters, set up and support on-site orientations in Baltimore, track orientation costs and referrals, and communicate status with Recruiting, Retention, Operations, and Safety teams.

Develop and deliver internal communications and engagement programs including newsletters, SharePoint updates, safety meeting content, recognition programs, and employee events. Create promotional materials and videos, manage the employee handbook and swag store, coordinate driver appreciation and onboarding communications, and support cross-functional marketing initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and promoting company culture.

The Business Development Director leads efforts to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth, establish relationships, and coordinate business solutions. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
