The Partnership Associate is responsible for building relationships with independent insurance agencies, conducting discovery calls, and supporting outreach strategies to enhance sales pipelines.

The Head of Strategic Relations at COVU will lead partnership efforts, launch growth channels, and develop strategies to expand the insurance ecosystem. This role requires building and scaling relationships with carriers and aggregators, operating independently, and driving revenue growth while representing COVU both externally and internally.

The Chief of Staff will enhance customer experience, optimize operations, manage initiatives, and bridge product and service areas while working closely with the CEO and COO.
