Owns the technical roadmap, backlog, integrations, governance, reporting, and delivery for Trimble Vista ERP and related corporate applications. Partners with Finance, HR, Procurement, Data/BI, Cybersecurity, architecture teams, and vendors to translate business needs into controlled releases, improve master data and reporting, stabilize interfaces, and identify automation opportunities. The role is full-time and on-site in Houston, Texas.

Manages subcontractor and vendor agreements for construction projects, including prequalification, bid analysis, negotiations, contract execution, change orders, ERP commitments, flow-down requirements, and closeout.
