Manage daily production for a business line to meet SLAs, handle client inquiries and escalations, hire/train and coach staff, monitor KPIs and production reports, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Lead and develop a team supporting corporate applications, oversee maintenance and enhancements, manage projects and escalations, drive automation and process improvements, report metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, coach and grow staff, and support change management and adoption.

Build, validate, and enhance operational reports and dashboards for Document Production and other operations. Extract, transform, and ensure data accuracy, analyze trends, provide insights, support ad-hoc requests, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and presentations.
