Manage daily production for a client-facing document review line of business, ensuring SLAs and quality targets are met. Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and escalations, hire/train/coach staff, monitor KPIs and production reports, identify process improvements, coordinate with HR and cross-functional leaders, and maintain strict confidentiality of financial data.

Responsible for receiving and processing documents, reconciling contents, logging files, and managing document workflows while meeting service level agreements.

The Collateral File Processor manages the intake, reconciliation, and handling of sensitive loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
