Receive inbound orders, pick and pack products, invoice outbound shipments, process credits and returns, conduct cycle counts, troubleshoot warehouse errors, and occasionally drive deliveries. The role requires warehouse experience, basic computer skills, strong communication and attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 20 kg, and a current manual driver’s licence. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Provide first-line IT support for internal and remote users: log and resolve helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, support PCs, laptops, printers and scanners, assist with installs, cabling and maintenance, and liaise with third-party vendors.

Pick, pack, scan, label, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch in a busy warehouse. Maintain accuracy, productivity, cleanliness, and safety standards while operating trained machinery and supporting multiple departments. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and excellent customer service, with occasional overtime as needed.
