Serve as primary liaison between plasma operations and clients to translate requirements into operational execution. Own KPIs, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), build dashboards/scorecards, drive root-cause analysis, coordinate transportation/network performance, and support cross-functional alignment and reporting to improve service, cost, quality, and reliability.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations using Databricks and Azure. Transform and model large structured and unstructured datasets to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs. Implement data quality, monitoring, and governance; troubleshoot pipeline performance; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves designing authentication and authorization solutions, integrating applications with identity platforms, and maintaining security practices within identity services. A focus on collaboration with Security and Product teams is important.
