Provides legal support to technology, security, privacy, and commercial teams. Drafts and negotiates data processing agreements, security addenda, SaaS, service, and vendor contracts; reviews technical and audit documents; advises on privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, intellectual property, and compliance risks; supports breach response, RFPs, client due diligence, and internal policies. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on legal research, negotiations, and broader commercial matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, employment, vendor, SaaS, and privacy-related agreements. Manage corporate housekeeping, legal records, intellectual property matters, contract obligations, RFP legal responses, and due diligence questionnaires. Advise HR, technical, security, and business teams on legal risks and regulatory developments while improving legal processes, templates, and policies. Coordinate with clients, service providers, and external counsel on legal matters.

Manage end-to-end digital insurance projects, including planning, client and stakeholder relationships, proposals, contracts, documentation, risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and project reporting. The role supports client pursuits and proof-of-concept processes while ensuring delivery quality and continuous process improvement. Candidates need strong insurance domain knowledge, client-facing experience, project lifecycle expertise, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
