Teams at Coverflex

Own and build Coverflex’s cybersecurity function across governance, cloud and product security, detection and response, vulnerability management, IAM, third-party risk, and ISO 27001 assurance. Establish risk ownership, security documentation, dashboards, review gates, vulnerability SLAs, supplier assessments, control validation, and executive risk exercises. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, the DPO, and leadership to translate technical findings into proportionate business decisions while remaining hands-on and outcome-focused.

Owns end-to-end quality strategy for a compensation platform, including test automation, CI/CD infrastructure, API validation, observability, quality gates, and test coverage. The role improves deployment confidence, reduces defects and test flakiness, and establishes scalable quality practices. It collaborates closely with engineers, product, and cross-functional teams across payments, benefits, insurance, compliance, and multiple European markets, while coaching teams and communicating quality risks and trade-offs.

Close warm and inbound B2B cross-sell, up-sell, and assisted-acquisition opportunities in a high-volume sales environment. Manage pipeline urgency, qualify leads, maintain fast follow-up, and improve sales processes through workflows and automation. The role requires adapting between acquisition and insurance-related sales while meeting deal and pipeline KPIs.
