Own and improve application and platform security in a production cloud environment. Build secure-by-default infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, identity and secrets controls, Kubernetes workload security, observability, and edge protections. Lead threat modeling, incident response, resilience exercises, backup and disaster recovery testing, and security automation. Partner with platform and engineering teams to improve developer experience, adoption of guardrails, reliability, and business continuity.

Leads Coverflex’s central AI Ops team, coordinating AI adoption and automation across departments. Owns prioritization, governance, reusable patterns, investment cases, spend and impact measurement. The role remains hands-on, building agents, skills and orchestrated workflows with business teams, while managing a small multidisciplinary team. It requires influencing stakeholders without direct authority, establishing safe operating practices, and demonstrating measurable returns from AI investments.

Generate qualified Italian-market sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calls, objection handling, and meeting booking for Account Executives. Maintain CRM accuracy, establish consistent prospecting rhythms, provide feedback, and influence pipeline and revenue. The role requires fluent Italian and English, resilience, strong communication, coachability, and a proactive, outcome-focused approach.
