Serve as chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Build and lead a small legal team, negotiate and draft complex commercial, vendor, healthcare, and partnership agreements, manage corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance (privacy, healthcare, AI). Lead M&A and financings, oversee IP strategy, and partner across Product, Engineering, Security, Clinical, Sales, and Finance to enable growth.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple ELT members: manage complex calendars, prepare meeting materials, coordinate travel and offsites, handle confidential information, research and stakeholder coordination, support events and company activities, assist partner EA, and complete ad hoc administrative and personal-assistance tasks (<20% workload).

Lead and own the population health analytics pipeline: intake and reconciliation of claims, eligibility, and MAO-004 data; identify and reconcile care gaps and closures; deliver practice-level performance analysis and billing reconciliations; build funnel instrumentation; document, standardize, and automate pipelines with Product and Engineering. Ensure billing-grade accuracy and support program measurement aligned to CMS reconciliation windows.
