Manage full-cycle primary accounting tasks including invoices, receipts, payroll records, reconciliations, month-end close support, and collaboration with internal teams and external accountants.

Manage Romanian personnel and payroll processes: calculate salaries and contributions, centralize timekeeping, ensure accurate payroll system data entry, handle employee payroll queries, and maintain GDPR-compliant confidentiality.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for partners/customers including onboarding, modifications, terminations, exhibits mapping, performance reviews, stakeholder communication, process/tool implementation, reporting and contract template maintenance. Coordinate with account managers and country stakeholders, resolve complex contract issues, and support project implementations while identifying automation opportunities.

Manage technical quotations and configurations as the main contact for customers, sales, and internal teams. Own requests end-to-end, prioritize tasks, coordinate engineering/pricing/pre-sales, provide status visibility, advise on product/catalog solutions (cabling, PDU, racking), and join customer meetings for technical consultancy.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for partners and customers including onboarding, amendments, terminations, exhibit mapping, performance reviews, and template maintenance. Provide contract guidance to account managers, resolve complex contract issues, support route-to-market and trade guideline alignment, run contractual data reporting, identify automation opportunities, and help implement process and tool improvements.
