Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leaders, translating business strategy into people plans. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance, talent mapping, succession planning, manager coaching, change management, and training initiatives to drive engagement and development.

Lead and build a China export partnerships team in Hong Kong to drive commercial strategy for Greater China platforms. Close complex enterprise deals, expand Tier 1 partners across multi-markets, navigate regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver partner solutions and report market insights to executive leadership.
