Teams at Cover Genius

Manage Cover Genius’s social and community channels, including publishing, engagement, customer inquiry triage, review moderation, reputation management, and platform optimization. Develop data-driven audience growth strategies, track performance and sentiment, and maintain brand voice. Partner with Customer Success, Communications, and Talent teams on issue resolution, PR risk mitigation, Glassdoor management, employer branding, recruitment content, and employee advocacy.

Own standard travel insurance product launches from sourcing and pricing through testing and go-live. Manage RFP responses, insurer and underwriter relationships, portfolio optimization, pricing reviews, policy updates, regulatory tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires insurance product, pricing, or underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with spreadsheets, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead and grow the engineering team responsible for BrightWrite’s personalization systems, including real-time offer selection, recommendation, experimentation, and contextual bandit capabilities. Own the technical roadmap, architecture, reliability, observability, and operational excellence of the platform. Partner with Data Science to productionize models through serving, registries, feature pipelines, and monitoring while ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable customer and partner impact.
