Supports US warranty insurance product development and carrier operations. Responsibilities include analyzing product performance, managing pricing and coverage modules, maintaining policy documentation, coordinating carrier reporting and reconciliations, supporting carrier relationships, responding to audits and due diligence requests, identifying compliance risks, and collaborating with Legal, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology teams. The role also assists with product submissions and capacity requests while developing expertise in insurance product design and commercial terms.

Lead and mentor a 5–7 person engineering team responsible for Travel partner integrations, embedded protection products, hosted purchase flows, and travel ancillaries. Translate product goals into technical roadmaps, guide architecture and delivery, promote operational excellence, and ensure reliable microservices-based systems. Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools while partnering with product, design, engineering, and external partner teams.

Owns media relations across EMEA and APAC, internal communications strategy, regional PR, executive thought leadership, issue management, and brand storytelling. The role develops press materials, coordinates agencies and leadership, supports announcements and campaigns, and amplifies coverage across social and internal channels. It requires 7–10 years of communications, public relations, or journalism experience, regional media expertise, agency management, and fluency with AI-assisted communications workflows.
