Lead APAC complaints operations for Cover Genius, owning end-to-end complaint resolution, AFCA liaison, regulatory compliance, IDR/EDR case management, systemic issue remediation, and reporting. Collaborate with Legal, Insurance, Claims and Product to drive improvements, use complaint data for insights, and scale an AI-augmented complaints team across APAC.

Lead development, governance, and optimisation of embedded insurance products across ANZ. Drive product design, underwriter sourcing, compliance (DDO/RG146), policy wording, performance reporting, and partnership proposals while managing underwriter relationships and monitoring regulatory changes to maintain competitive, compliant products.

Lead enterprise travel partnerships across the Americas: identify, cultivate, negotiate and close deals with airlines, OTAs, cruise and tour partners. Own partner relationships, drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline/CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams to launch partner solutions, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
