Leads an engineering team building partner-facing analytics and data products, including Claims Benefit Intelligence and Sales Dashboard. Owns technical roadmaps, metrics governance, reliability, data quality, and operational excellence. Develops production-grade agentic AI features with evaluation and guardrails while partnering across Product, Data, AI, Insurance Operations, and commercial teams. The role also requires growing engineers, guiding AI-assisted development, and ensuring insights drive partner decisions.

Own the company-wide data strategy, data product roadmap, platform architecture, governance, and quality frameworks. Lead adoption of a trusted shared data foundation supporting business domains and AI/ML workloads. Partner with commercial, engineering, product, analytics, and data science teams to create valuable partner-facing data propositions. Build and develop a high-performing data organization while influencing executives and partners in a regulated environment.

Lead reliability and infrastructure projects across teams, architect highly available AWS and GCP environments, and build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, automation, and security solutions. Manage incidents, champion SLOs and error budgets, improve system performance, optimize capacity and costs, and mentor engineers. The role also involves developing runbooks, reducing operational toil, supporting disaster recovery, and applying AI-assisted development to production engineering workflows.
