Designs, develops, tests, and improves low-voltage electrical systems, motor controls, wiring, control panels, and electronic components for automatic pool cover products. Responsibilities include schematic and BOM development, troubleshooting, validation testing, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, manufacturing support, supplier evaluation, engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration through product launch and continuous improvement.

Designs and improves mechanical components and assemblies for automatic pool cover systems while developing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting continuous improvement. Creates CAD models, drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and engineering documentation. Collaborates with quality, purchasing, suppliers, and production on root-cause analysis, cost reduction, new product launches, testing, and corrective actions. The role operates across office and manufacturing environments and includes occasional travel.

Manages the full inside sales cycle, including lead qualification, customer communications, quoting, CRM pipeline management, technical product guidance, and relationship building. Coordinates with technicians and operations leaders to align project requirements and customer expectations. Analyzes sales trends, identifies growth opportunities, and supports process improvements while serving homeowners and pool builders.
