The Staff Accountant maintains general ledger records, prepares journal entries, reconciles bank and grant accounts, supports month- and year-end close, prepares grant billings and variance reports, monitors grant compliance, and assists with audits and financial analysis. The role also supports fundraising events and promotes a safe, trauma-informed environment for youth.
