Manages a psychiatric patient caseload and supports families within an interdisciplinary team. Facilitates individual, group, and family meetings, leads therapeutic groups, coordinates managed care calls, and develops patient and discharge plans. Requires a bachelor's degree, a current Maine social worker or clinician license, strong communication skills, and English proficiency. CPI training is preferred or must be completed during orientation.

Provides comprehensive clinical nursing care in a physician practice, including patient screening, assessment, triage, education, injections, documentation, care coordination, surgical assistance, and follow-up. Serves as a clinical resource for medical assistants and other staff, supports quality initiatives, and coordinates patient flow. The role requires maintaining licensure, following nursing regulations and organizational policies, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Provide consultative wound management and hyperbaric medicine care for patients with complex and chronic wounds. Responsibilities include medical evaluation, wound debridement, procedural and surgical treatment, dermatologic assessment, collaboration with nursing and hospital services, and continuity of patient care. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no call or overnight coverage. Hyperbaric medicine training is available for candidates without prior experience.
