Manages physician recruitment, employment and retention initiatives, provider outreach, recruitment marketing, community relationships, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting for Covenant Health. Advises candidates on employment agreements, compensation, benefits, and offer packages; collaborates with credentialing and recruitment teams; supports facility growth, patient volume, budgeting, and expense management.

Directs the healthcare system’s value analysis process, evaluating products, services, and technologies using cost, quality, utilization, and patient outcome data. Leads waste-reduction and cost-reduction initiatives, product evaluations, clinical substitutions, failure investigations, vendor negotiations, technology implementation, and stakeholder consensus-building. Oversees presentations, supplier relationships, and annual cost-reduction planning while collaborating with clinicians, physicians, nurses, vendors, and internal teams.

Leads development and launch of a fully online ASN-to-BSN program, including curriculum design, academic policies, regulatory and accreditation approvals, online delivery operations, budgeting, market analysis, faculty planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides leadership to faculty and students, coordinates clinical placements, supports assessment and continuous improvement, and ensures program compliance, sustainability, and successful implementation.
