Provides direct respiratory care to hospitalized patients with respiratory insufficiency, including assessment, treatment, mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP, arterial blood gas testing, emergency response, documentation, equipment maintenance, and patient education. Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff, supports quality improvement, and may orient new respiratory employees or precept students.

Provides confidential administrative support to senior hospital executives, including correspondence, meeting minutes, calendar and travel coordination, telephone screening, file management, office supply ordering, presentation preparation, and data summarization. Maintains front office coverage, handles moderately complex inquiries, follows hospital policies and safety standards, supports quality initiatives, and performs related administrative duties.

Performs routine and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing for patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include specimen processing, result reporting, quality control, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, reagent preparation, proficiency testing, LIS accessioning and resulting, safety compliance, and documentation. The technician also supports phlebotomy, specimen distribution, staff orientation, testing-system validation, and communication across shifts while maintaining patient confidentiality.
