Provides front-line administrative and tenant support for a commercial property. Responsibilities include managing calls, calendars, meetings, invoices, reports, files, vendor and contractor coordination, access cards, service requests, tenant events, insurance records, work orders, budgets, and tenant relations. The role is fully on-site in Atlanta and requires strong organization, customer service, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Supervise maintenance, repairs, engineering personnel, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety systems, budgets, reports, inventories, vendors, construction activities, and code compliance for a high-rise Class A office building. The role also supports tenant relations, property management, capital projects, safety training, and recommendations regarding structural, mechanical, and building-system issues.

Oversees maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, safety, personnel scheduling, budgets, vendors, construction activities, inventories, and engineering reports for a high-rise Class A office building. Ensures fire and life safety, building-code compliance, equipment reliability, and quality tenant service. Provides structural and mechanical recommendations, supports capital projects and owner reporting, and supervises engineering staff and contractors.
