Provide direct administrative support to the company owners: create presentations and spreadsheets, manage calendars and travel, perform research, assist with new location setup, and handle general administrative tasks with discretion and independence.

Serve as first point of contact for patients: greet visitors, schedule appointments, manage EMR patient records, explain insurance, collect payments, handle intake forms and general administrative tasks.
