Manages automotive finance operations, including securing loans and leases, presenting protection products, processing contracts, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving funding issues, and meeting production and profitability goals. The role requires handling at least 60 retail deals monthly in a high-volume dealership while delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Respond to online leads, qualify and contact potential customers, schedule appointments, present vehicles, maintain CRM records, meet monthly sales quotas, collaborate with sales managers on strategy, and provide professional customer service through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Partner with Service to engage customers for trade-ins or purchases: start conversations, identify opportunities, present offers, close deals, track interactions in CRM, and guide customers into new vehicles while delivering a world-class customer experience.
