Own and evolve Courier Health's serverless-first AWS platform and multi-account architecture. Build and maintain Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security guardrails. Support engineering teams by deploying scalable Lambda/Step Functions/EventBridge/AppSync/Aurora/EKS systems, automating hardening, and improving developer-facing infrastructure and operations.

Lead Courier Health’s B2B demand generation strategy across paid, organic, email, events, content syndication, field marketing, and ABM. Own event programs, attribution and reporting infrastructure, lead scoring, marketing-to-sales handoffs, and pipeline acceleration. Build scalable programs, foster experimentation, manage marketing operations, and develop team members while presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.

Lead the product management organization and report to the CEO. Own the platform roadmap, product strategy, discovery, prioritization, specifications, launches, and measurable outcomes. Coach and develop product managers, align sales, implementation, and engineering around commitments, engage enterprise healthcare customers, and make informed tradeoffs in an ambiguous market. The role requires strong technical fluency, exceptional writing, customer judgment, and experience building product processes from scratch.
