Lead pre-sales technical and strategic work for life sciences clients: run discovery workshops, map patient journeys and data constraints, scope implementations, deliver demos and ROI business cases, surface feedback to Product, and build the Solutions Consulting function and playbooks.

The Account Executive is responsible for growing Courier Health's presence in life sciences by managing sales processes, building partnerships, and representing the company at industry events.

Build and maintain data pipelines and transformation layer using dbt and SQL; monitor replication and orchestration pipelines, add data quality checks, and develop datasets and dashboards for internal and client analytics. Collaborate with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and gradually take on more ownership.
