Leads and grows an implementation team delivering enterprise pharma and life sciences client launches from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Owns portfolio delivery, timelines, risks, budgets, executive communication, quality standards, and implementation KPIs. Builds methodology, phase gates, tooling, capacity models, and scalable playbooks while coaching team members and partnering with Product and Engineering to improve the platform. Participates directly in strategic implementations and supports hiring, onboarding, and team development.

Own a portfolio of enterprise biopharma accounts, serving as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop the Client Solutions team while driving retention, renewals, expansion, and account health. Build scalable client-service frameworks, represent customer needs internally, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Advise clients on patient services and field access strategy, manage complex engagements, and support high-impact patient outcomes.

Leads demand generation, marketing operations, events, field marketing, and account-based marketing to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline. Owns multi-channel programs, event strategy, attribution and reporting infrastructure, lead scoring, routing, sales handoffs, and service-level agreements. The role also manages people, drives experimentation, and presents marketing strategy and results to senior leadership.
