Manage dealership finance and insurance processes, including arranging customer financing, presenting additional products, structuring profitable deals, submitting applications to lenders, making credit decisions, completing compliant contracts, auditing deals, and ensuring timely funding. The role requires strong dealership finance knowledge, negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with title and registration laws, required certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages automotive sales teams by hiring, training, coaching, setting quotas, tracking performance, and supporting deal closures. Assists customers with vehicle selection, explains vehicle features and optional products, conducts demonstrations, handles objections, and ensures professional sales processes. The role requires leadership, customer service, communication, negotiation, basic computer and math skills, dealership experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
