Requires leadership of large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and multi-functional, multi-region teams.

Design and deploy large-scale machine learning systems for Coupang’s offsite advertising platform. Build models for ad targeting, ranking, prediction, bidding, optimization, retrieval, and campaign performance using deep learning, LLMs, embeddings, and agentic AI. Develop scalable ML infrastructure, evaluate business impact through experimentation, drive initiatives from concept to production, collaborate across functions, and mentor engineers.

Lead customer growth marketing across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Coupang Taiwan. Design lifecycle and subscription programs, run cohort experiments, collaborate across CRM, product, operations, analytics, and finance, and optimize campaigns for ROI, customer lifetime value, and sustainable growth.
