Leads Riley County’s administrative operations under the Board of County Commissioners, overseeing human resources, finance, public information, budgeting, procurement, grants, facilities, and countywide strategic planning. Advises the Board, coordinates elected and appointed officials, manages department head performance, represents the County with external agencies, addresses citizen concerns, and drives organizational improvement, compliance, modernization, and effective service delivery.
