Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online, identify solutions, manage CRM leads, conduct follow-ups, generate new business, host Facebook Live promotions, and support merchandising. The role also requires maintaining attractive, functional displays and occasionally moving furniture. Success depends on strong communication, sales ability, digital fluency, teamwork, physical activity, and customer relationship-building.

Manage store sales and marketing activities including customer onboarding, merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, collections, and meeting sales and collection goals. Provide outstanding customer service, train and lead staff, create sales/marketing plans, assist nearby locations, and maintain store readiness and asset control.

Serve as primary customer contact for collections and retention: negotiate payment solutions, protect assets, document interactions, process payments accurately, perform in-store and field outreach, and re-engage customers to preserve agreements and drive new business.
