Supervise freezer, cooler, and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory reconciliation, material handling, and employee scheduling. Ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, accurate product movement, and timely customer fulfillment. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, work effectively with union and non-union teams, investigate incidents, manage inventory needs, and identify process improvements that increase efficiency and control costs.
