The Assistant Manager supports banking center leadership by overseeing daily operations, staff coaching, scheduling, audits, compliance, customer service, sales performance, account opening, loan origination, and financial transactions. The role builds customer relationships, promotes banking products and digital services, resolves account issues, supports employee development, and helps achieve growth and satisfaction goals. Weekend work is required, along with occasional travel between offices.
