Manages daily operations for NYC and Boston offices while providing executive administrative support. Responsibilities include office supplies, vendors, maintenance, workplace logistics, events, onboarding coordination, executive calendars, travel, expenses, meeting materials, action tracking, and confidential information. The role is onsite in NYC and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup.

Conduct research advancing healthcare AI, including model evaluation, clinical benchmarks, human assessments, health-focused model development, agentic systems, prototyping, and simulations. The role involves pre-training and post-training workflows, research publications, collaboration with clinical and engineering teams, and sharing research practices. Candidates will apply expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, clinical data, and healthcare data standards such as FHIR and OMOP.

Design the end-to-end consumer healthcare experience across mobile and web, from patient questions through prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups. Establish high standards for visual, interaction, and motion design; simplify complex healthcare workflows; prototype and iterate on 0-to-1 experiences; and evolve the product design system. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to create trustworthy, intuitive patient experiences.
