Provides administrative and functional HR support across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, personnel records, credentialing, and employee relations. Coordinates background and reference checks, maintains confidential files, supports benefits administration and leave compliance, tracks licenses and insurance renewals, and assists with orientation, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and records-management skills.
