Greet and register patients for clinic visits, ER care, and hospital admissions; collect accurate demographics and insurance information; work calmly in urgent, fast-paced situations; maintain organization, empathy, and teamwork to keep patient flow running smoothly.

Provide diagnostic imaging (CT) ensuring patient safety and comfort, prioritize emergent/stat exams, support full patient care cycle, collaborate with clinical team, maintain regulatory compliance, and stay current with imaging technology. Night shift (Fri-Sun) with weekend and night differentials; $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible.

Coordinate specialty referrals and medication prior authorizations, communicate with providers, specialists, pharmacies and insurers, monitor status and resolve barriers, maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation, and provide professional customer service to patients and care teams.

Provide administrative support for a rural health clinic: manage scheduling and specialty calendars, prepare reports, track compliance and staff certifications, assist with staff communications and evaluations, and support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and positive patient experiences.
