Provides welcoming customer service to apartment prospects, residents, and vendors. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, supporting apartment tours and move-ins, inspecting common areas and vacant units, explaining pricing and availability, assisting with community events and social media, organizing packages, and maintaining communications and vendor relationships. The role requires a flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability and offers growth toward management positions.

Serves as the first point of contact for prospects, residents, and vendors; provides front-office customer service, manages calls and resident requests, supports leasing and move-ins, maintains tour units and community presentation, and assists with marketing and resident engagement events. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and comfort learning property management systems.
