Lead optimisation and continuous improvement across national distribution centres. Develop and execute site optimisation, inventory integrity, and operational projects. Lead a small team, partner with operations to identify opportunities, implement sustainable improvements, optimise layouts and stock positioning, and embed CI capability to drive safety, productivity, service and scalability.

Provide friendly customer service, drive in-store sales, maintain visual merchandising and stock levels, operate point-of-sale, and support store cleanliness and team objectives.

Design and develop trend-led men's product from concept to sample, creating CADs, tech packs and specs. Collaborate with Buying, Trend and Production to deliver commercially relevant ranges, ensure quality and fit, use performance insights to refine product, and lead/report on a small design team.
