Cotton On Group Benefits Overview

Serve as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer service, maintain an inviting store through merchandising and replenishment, support sales goals through teamwork, and embody Typo/Cotton On Group brand values to create memorable in-store experiences.

Design graphics and textile prints for Cotton On Menswear’s fleece, graphics, tees, and knits categories. Interpret briefs, translate ideas into commercially driven designs, align work with brand DNA and global fashion trends, and collaborate with trend teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. The role requires yardage experience, independent and team-based work, deadline management, problem solving, and leading or coaching creative team members.

Support Typo's PR, social and influencer programs: manage influencer relationships and contracts, schedule and engage on social channels, coordinate PR/media outreach and events, source and curate user-generated content, track campaign performance and budgets, and assist with brand partnerships and activations.
