Provides inpatient internal medicine care on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, daily documentation in EPIC, diagnostic interpretation, minor procedures, medication management, multidisciplinary collaboration, resource utilization, and patient transfers. The role requires an MD or DO, Internal or Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and Florida medical and DEA licensure or eligibility.

Provides psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, counseling, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for older adults in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The clinician collaborates with families, facility staff, and healthcare providers, maintains EHR documentation, coordinates care, follows regulatory standards, and participates in clinical consultation and professional development.

Provides psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, supportive counseling, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation for older adults in assisted living and skilled nursing communities. Collaborates with families, facility staff, and healthcare providers to coordinate care while addressing depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive decline, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
