Owns commercial growth across digital, embedded, and API-enabled insurance partnerships. Develops account growth plans, increases platform adoption and premium growth, manages executive and technical relationships, conducts business reviews, monitors KPIs, maintains Salesforce forecasts, and identifies expansion opportunities. Collaborates with product, technology, insurance, marketing, and revenue operations teams to improve integrations, enable partners, resolve issues, and support digital distribution initiatives.

Owns growth, revenue expansion, and production performance across strategic insurance distribution partners. Develops account growth plans, manages relationships with agencies and brokers, conducts business reviews and training, identifies cross-sell opportunities, monitors partner metrics, manages Salesforce forecasting, and improves engagement and retention. Collaborates with Partner Success, Marketing, Product, Insurance, and Revenue Operations teams while representing the company at partner and industry events.

Lead insurance product and portfolio underwriting initiatives, including automated underwriting projects, product management across carrier partners, E&S product development, implementation coordination, risk selection, compliance, data reporting, and operational improvements. Partner with Insurance, Product, Claims, Data, Technology, and Revenue teams to translate underwriting strategy into scalable processes, improve controls, and support growth opportunities while maintaining underwriting integrity and alignment with risk appetite.
