Handles moderate-complexity commercial property and casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage and damages, setting reserves, drafting coverage positions, negotiating settlements, coordinating counsel, vendors, TPAs, underwriting, and stakeholders, and addressing subrogation and risk-transfer issues. The role also supports claims best practices, management reporting, and insurance initiatives. Travel within the United States for mediations, trials, and related proceedings is expected at less than 5–10%.

Owns growth and performance across strategic insurance distribution partners. Develops account growth plans, expands adoption and revenue, manages executive relationships, conducts business reviews, monitors performance, supports partner enablement, forecasts pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve engagement, retention, and production.

Owns commercial growth and strategic relationships across Coterie’s digital, embedded, and API-enabled partners. Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, increasing platform adoption, conducting business reviews, monitoring KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, supporting integrations, forecasting in Salesforce, enabling partner teams, and collaborating with Technology, Insurance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The role requires consultative selling, executive relationship management, analytical skills, and knowledge of digital distribution and embedded insurance.
