Generates and grows hotel group sales by prospecting target markets, developing corporate and association relationships, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and booking group business. Manages lodging and package revenue, inventory, and rates while coordinating with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational performance. Attends trade shows and industry events, reports sales activity, develops new initiatives, and maintains client relationships. Requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, with some travel.

Develop and execute year-round marketing and communications for two summer camps. Create digital, print, email, social, and video content; manage websites, listings, analytics, vendors, budgets, and campaigns. Coordinate alumni and family communications, recruitment materials, yearbooks, merchandise, and special events. Direct seasonal media teams, maintain creative assets, ensure privacy compliance, and report on campaign performance. The role requires summer residency, frequent evening and weekend work, travel between camps, and occasional marketing-related travel.

Provides executive and operational support to the Managing Director and leadership team by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, records, reports, and follow-ups. Collects and analyzes guest feedback, prepares reporting, supports projects and events, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires strong organization, technology proficiency, communication, discretion, analytical ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
