Lead delivery of publication and medical communications projects from planning through completion. Provide strategic guidance to clients, manage project teams, timelines and quality, contribute to scientific writing and data presentation, review colleagues' work, mentor staff, and support business development including proposals and pitching.

Design and execute statistical analysis plans for clinical and real-world healthcare data using R and related tools. Perform regression, survival, and Bayesian network meta-analyses, produce written and oral reports for clients, collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, and participate in client meetings and publications.

Coordinate and improve global learning, development and onboarding activities. Manage induction programmes, learning materials and the LMS, support internal and compliance training, handle external course bookings, gather learner feedback, liaise with stakeholders, and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and learner experience.
