Lead setup and management of global de novo RWE studies, oversee ethics submissions, site feasibility, contracting, and monitoring. Manage study documents, budgets, risk/CAPA, TMF, stakeholder communication, and contribute to SOPs, training, and business development for RWE services.

Design, execute and report real-world studies (prospective, retrospective, cross-sectional). Develop protocols and statistical analyses, acquire and analyse healthcare data (EHRs, registries), and communicate results to clients. Work in project teams, engage with stakeholders, and progress to project management with mentorship.

Analyze clinical trial data and produce scientific materials (posters, slide sets, dossiers, reports, publications) for pharmaceutical and med-tech clients. Work in project teams, participate in client meetings, and support Shanghai office growth while receiving on-the-job training in project management and client communication.
