Manage global real-world evidence studies from setup through closeout, including ethics submissions, site feasibility, contracting, site visits, documentation, enrollment tracking, risk management, budgets, and compliance. Serve as the primary study-management contact, advise on ethics and regulatory standards, collaborate with statisticians and epidemiologists, develop SOPs and training, support process improvements, and contribute to proposals and business growth.

Support the Finance team while studying for Level 3 AAT: process sales and purchase ledgers, enter transactions, manage petty cash (multi-currency), handle expenses, invoice clients, respond to payment enquiries, and provide ad-hoc financial admin. Apprenticeship includes classroom and on-the-job training with potential permanent role after completion.

Lead and deliver multiple high-quality literature review projects for healthcare clients. Shape methodology and scope, manage timelines, budgets and teams, advise clients, support business development, mentor colleagues, and help refine methods and processes to grow the Literature Reviews practice.
