Provides internal IT administration and technical support, including user accounts, devices, access requests, ticket resolution, training, documentation, incident communications, and coordination. The role also designs, tests, implements, and embeds technical improvements and projects. Candidates should have at least one year of IT or relevant professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of Windows and Office 365.

Leads rare disease consulting projects spanning market access, value and evidence development, health economics and outcomes research, and medical communications. Provides strategic client advice, manages project delivery, mentors teams, develops scientific content, supports proposals and pitches, and builds client relationships and new business opportunities. Work includes publications, literature reviews, medical activities, value materials, and HTA submissions.

Manage global real-world evidence studies from setup through closeout, including ethics submissions, site feasibility, contracting, study documentation, site support, risk management, budgets, and compliance. Lead site meetings and study activities, collaborate with statisticians and epidemiologists, develop SOPs and training, advise on study management best practices, and support proposals and RWE business growth. The role requires U.S. clinical research experience, strong documentation skills, regulatory knowledge, and autonomous study management.
