Lead end-to-end product design for a commercial property listings portal: conduct research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes and high-fidelity designs, apply design systems and accessibility standards, collaborate with product and engineering, and use data and AI tools to iterate and optimize user experiences.

Lead revenue accounting for ASC 606 compliance across SaaS and eCommerce models. Manage revenue recognition, contract review, monthly/quarterly close, internal controls, and audit support. Partner with Sales, Legal, FP&A and Product; lead and develop a revenue accounting team; optimize and automate processes and systems (Oracle Fusion) to scale global revenue operations and forecasting.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for agent-facing products: launch planning, messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, and performance tracking. Partner with Product, Sales, Research and Analytics to inform positioning, create collateral, monitor campaign results, and optimize future activity to drive agent engagement and growth.
