Sources and recruits qualified U.S. attorneys for law firms, builds candidate pipelines, conducts targeted outreach and screening, manages multiple searches, maintains recruiting records, and provides timely updates. The role requires independent research, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, strong communication, organized follow-up, and consistent candidate submissions. Experience recruiting attorneys or other legal professionals is preferred.

Manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolution, including file management, case strategy, pleadings, motions, discovery, legal research, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. The attorney will communicate with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, and courts while independently managing multiple cases and collaborating with legal staff.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating medical treatment, records, billing, deadlines, documentation, and settlement preparation. The role involves drafting legal correspondence and case summaries, communicating with attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and other parties, and maintaining organized case files. Fluency in English and Spanish, personal injury experience, strong organization, and availability during U.S. hours are required or preferred.
