Edit and package video and audio for entertainment, news, current affairs, and special programming across multiple platforms. Collaborate with producers on rundowns, scripts, and audiovisual requirements; enhance footage with advanced effects; manage graphics and newsroom production systems; source visuals; maintain stock reels; and publish content to websites and social platforms. The role requires strong storytelling, journalistic standards, technical accuracy, organization, and performance under tight deadlines.

Coordinate television commercial traffic by creating daily logs, scheduling commercial materials, managing inventory, entering sales bookings and billings, and delivering final schedules to Master Control. The role works with Sales, agencies, clients, and internal teams to secure creative approvals, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, minimize financial risk, and follow channel-specific requirements. Additional duties include reporting, auditing traffic work, resolving scheduling issues, and supporting related teams.

Leads confidential workplace complaint investigations involving discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and violence. Conducts interviews, evaluates evidence and credibility, prepares investigative reports, recommends resolutions, facilitates conciliation, manages case intake and documentation, supports policy development and training, and provides regulatory and management reporting under the Canada Labour Code.
