Supports capital markets activities, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include researching prospective investors, managing prospect databases, preparing investor materials, coordinating due diligence meetings and events, supporting senior team members, documenting insights, and managing stakeholder communications. The role requires strong finance, research, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Manage rental applications from submission through move-in, serving as the primary applicant contact. Review and verify applicant documentation, prepare leases, coordinate pre-move-in requirements, issue adverse action notices, maintain OneSite records and CRM tracking, produce community reports, and close final account statements while ensuring compliance with leasing procedures and privacy policies.

Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations throughout implementation and post-go-live operations. Design and build customizations, extensions, integrations, reports, data entities, and financial modules using approved extension patterns. Support testing, deployment, environment management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issues. Lead offshore developers, mentor junior staff, document technical solutions, and collaborate with functional and business stakeholders while ensuring financial data integrity.
