Supports U.S. Coast Guard shipbuilding acquisition activities by assisting with cost and price analysis, contract documentation, IGCEs, RFPs, CPARS inputs, invoice review, task order closeout, market research, reporting, and COR oversight. The role requires federal acquisition and contract administration experience, familiarity with FAR, DCMA and DCAA guidance, Microsoft Office proficiency, an active DoD Secret clearance, and on-site work in a shipyard environment.

Manage SharePoint workflows, controlled document repositories, dashboards, metrics, reports, trackers, and program documentation for the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter Program. Coordinate data calls, monitor content quality and compliance, track document approvals and workflow actions, maintain version-controlled artifacts, and support reporting, historical records, lessons learned, and program financial and schedule tracking. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and up to 10% travel.

Provides documentation, administrative, correspondence, meeting, travel, reporting, and scheduling support for the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter Program Resident Inspection Office. Prepares presentations and reports, maintains trackers and records, coordinates approval processes and data calls, captures meeting actions, supports official events, and monitors documentation compliance within a federal acquisition environment.
